TRX, known as suspension training is different from conventional training because it doesn’t focus on a single muscle group for each exercise. Using the TRX forces you to connect your entire body through every movement.
TRX programs adapt to any fitness level by simply changing body positioning to make exercises easier for beginners, or much harder for elite athletes. This system works for everyone.
Movements using the TRX integrate strength and balance into a single dynamic format that maximizes the benefits of body-weight exercises for faster results.

5 classes: $125 ($25 per class)
10 classes: $225 ($22.50 per class)
20 classes: $400 ($20 per class)
